The Olinguito is distinct from the other species within the
genes, popularly known as "olingos", and also from the Kinkajou. Its
average weight is 900 grams (2 lbs). The animal is an omnivorous, that eats mainly fruits (such as
figs), but also insects and nectar resulting in phases the size of small
blueberries.
