We are Monsters

The
school play was good. Speaking as a werewolf in it. I only had two
lines but I liked doing it.
Backstage was tough. And lo-o-ouder than supposed to be.
They skipped one of my lines in the first show. The
first show we were quiet on stage.
It is a kind play. With a message: Do not judge people by their appearance.

Tsunamis
Tsunamis are massive waves; they can destroy a whole town.
There can be more than 1 wave. The 1st one isn't always the biggest one.
Hurricanes
Thunderstorms
Thunderstorms are loud thunder and lightning. Count to five
until you hear thunder because it will tell you how far away it is. Every 5 seconds equals one mile away.
Blizzards
Blizzards are Very cold winter storms. There is very heavy
snow. Some snow can cause avalanches ( only in mountains).
Tornadoes
Tornadoes are Violent and destroy everything in its path. Nebraska,
South Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Mississippi and Missouri are where
Tornadoes happen.
Tsunami

Do you
know what a tsunami is? A tsunami is a huge wave that starts from an earthquake. A tsunami forms from an earthquake out at
sea. A tsunami can flood a town in
seconds. A tsunami can kill you if you aren’t careful. An earthquake has to be
6.75 on the Richter scale to start a tsunami. Some places have warning signs to
let people know if the places have tsunami a lot! But if you really want to
know… 80 percent of the Pacific Ocean has tsunamis. Now you know what a Tsunamis
is and what it can do!

Harry Potter and The wizards Begin
Yesterday
Harry, Ron, and Hermione went to the Hogwarts express to go home for the
summer. When Harry got home his Uncle Vernon told him that he is not going back
to Hogwarts ever again. Harry sent a
letter to Ron and Hermione that said:
Dear Ron and Hermione,
I won’t see you again; my uncle told me I can’t
go to Hogwarts next year or any year after that. Please come to Canal View
Elementary in Spencerport, NY and join me in third grade.

Grand Master Postwaite

Grand Master
Postwaite is my karate teacher. He has
been teaching for more than 20 years. He
is a 10 time Black Belt Champion. I
think he is a great karate teacher. I
think this because he always knows what he is doing and is very good at
karate. He is also very funny.
He started doing karate when he was 10 because
he had a stutter and was picked on. Also
he was overweight. He was 200 pounds
when he was 10! He had low self-esteem. Karate helped him feel good about
himself. He practiced every day!
He traveled
internationally. He was the US and
Canadian champion. It took 40 years to
become a Grand Master. Grand Master Postwaite became Mohamad Ali’s
bodyguard along with Joe Frazier.
He works
well with kids and adults. This is what
makes him a really good teacher.
