      Today Janelly said, “Don’t listen to Alisha she always says weird things.” Which really set me off. I wanted to be like mad and say, “Stop hating hater.”   I then stopped and realized that was not what God wanted me to do so I just walked away.

I said to Melina, “Why did she say that? It really made me mad.” Because she stole from me in the past, I really wanted to mess her up but still that was not what God wanted me to do. I said this in my head, “One bad thing can't drag me down; I’m stronger than this”.

The thought

Then I had this thought: kill her with kindness.

                  I thought of buying a sword and naming it kindness, but still it was not what God wanted me to do. So I sat down and thought really hard……I will give her flowers.

The next day I showed up with flowers in my hand and said, “For you.’   She took them happily, then she gave me an ugly look.  I knew it was not over yet.  A little while later … after school I sat at the table. “Hum”, I said.  “What can I do now?  I know I can bring her chocolate.”

 The next day I showed up with chocolates in my hand and I said, “For you.” 

She said, “Why are you being so nice to me when I’ve been so brutal towards you?”

I said, “I want to be friends.”

She said, “I want that."

 So we became friends and did a lot of things together.

CHAPTER ONE

“Mom!”  shouted Mackenzie “It’s a quarter to three, we are going to be late!”

‘’Mackenzie relax, dance starts at three!” Mom replied.

Mackenzie relaxed. Just then she remembered. ‘’Mom it’s Miss. Abby we are talking about!” she yelled.

“I already e-mailed her, but I’m not sure if she is mad or not….. so can we get a move on here?” Mom asked.

“Uh, yeah’’  Maddie and Mackenzie replied.  “Finally!”  Maddie and Mackenzie mumbled.

 

When Maddie and Mackenzie got to dance the moms left but they couldn’t find Miss Abby or Gianna.  It was just Maddie, Mackenzie, Nia, Kendall, Jojo, Kalani, and Melina (me).

“Hey where’s my bag?” Nia asked.

“All of our bags are gone!” Melina said.

“They have all our phones in them!”  Kendall yelled.

"What if?” said a mysterious voice. “What if, what if, what if?” said the mysterious voice again.

“What if, what?” Jojo asked.

Just then the lights flicked off and we couldn’t believe what we saw near the door!

Chapter Two

“AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!” we all shouted.  A girl with black hair showed up at the door in an all-white dress… nothing but plain white. Just then the lights flickered on and the mysterious girl in the door just…. vanished.   The lights flicked off again and then the girl came from studio 13.  Quickly Jojo grabbed a bowling ball and threw it at the girl. They all ran out of the company and to the nearest bush and hid behind it.        

“Guys, what was that?” Melina asked.

“Okay I think she’s gone, we can move now, right?” Mackenzie asked.

“Oh sure, go to the exact same place we almost got hurt by a who knows what and go ask it to be your friend!” Melina said sarcastically.

“Jeez, for a new dancer you sure are sassy” Mackenzie said.

“Guys look!” Nia whispered.

There was the girl walking towards a bench.

“Okay, when that thing walks into the bench and falls, make a run for it, okay?” Jojo asked.

“Okay!” we all replied. But she just walked right through the bench.

“You guys see this too, right?” Kalani asked.

“What do you think?” Melina said. “Okay no one freak out, but I think we just found ourselves a ghost!”

“Yeah, but are you sure? I mean Miss Abby would definitely try to trick us.” Nia said.

 

‘’Trust me.’’ Melina replied.

“Ok.” They said.

“Alright, but I get to say the next meeting place.’’ Maddie said.

‘’Fine, but first we need to know what kind of ghost she is.’’ Melina said. “We are going to need a mircoscope and a tooth pick.’’

“Okay, my dad has a bunch of those at my house’’ Nia said. “What?’’ 

“Okay” we all said.

“Meet me here at 12:00 p.m.” Maddie said. “We’re going to be doing some monster hunting!”

“Alright!’’ everyone shouted “Yeah! Let’s go!’’

CHAPTER THREE

“I can’t believe I’m doing this, my parents would kill me!” Nia shouted in a scared voice.

“Yeah, except, your parents are missing, everyone’s parents are missing, trust me, they would want you to find them” Melina replied.

“Wow, not so soft anymore, huh?” Mackenzie asked.

“Nah, this is really scary, so instead, I’m being nice!” Melina replied.

“Wait, there she is!” Kendall whispered.

“Ready, set, let’s go!’’ Melina shouted.

One day there was a 10 year old boy named Dylan and he was excited for his new school.  His parents were wishing him good luck, but he wasn’t worried.  When he got to school he got the nervous nellies and butterflies in his belly! 

When he walked in the school there were kids talking, laughing, and even throwing paper airplanes!  When the teacher assigned him to his locker he realized his locker was next to the biggest bully in the school!   Every day the bully picked on Dylan. 

One day the bully poured his coke from lunch all over him!  Everybody laughed at Dylan except a girl named Rosabell. 

Rosabell was just a regular teenage girl.  She was special because she was born on Christmas day.  When she was one month old she had a baby sister but then her little sister came up with a terrible sickness.  A days later the sickness got so bad Rosabell’s little sister passed away.  So her whole life she played alone. 

Rosabell cared about other people getting picked on and she took Dylan to the bathroom and told the bully to stop or else!  The bully was afraid of Rosabell so after that day he never bullied Dylan ever again!

       One day a boy was walking and walking and walking.  Then, he disappeared and do you know where he went?

He went down, down, down a hole.  He got super-duper scared so he hugged himself super tight and hoped that he would not get hurt.  Guess what, he didn’t .

When he got down there, there was a trail of gold specs or something, so he followed it.  That led him to a gold mine.  Every single day he would walk and walk and walk and walk until he got every piece of gold.  When he got every piece of gold, he went home.

Suddenly, he stopped and couldn’t move until he met face to face with a man with no feet.  The man said in a deep voice, “give me back my gold.”  The next day he gave all of it back and that guy never came back again until…

Do you know what a map is?

Maps are a type of tool to help you find things.  You can use a map when you are lost.   You can drive with a map.  For example, you have to drive to New York and you are lost, you can use a map.  You can use a map when you are going to soccer, a job or a sport.

       Maps were made over 18,500 years ago.  Some maps are not accurate anymore because they are too old. The roads have changed.

Maps can be very useful.

“Mom I really like this surfboard,” said Sophie.

The surfboard had rainbows and peace signs on it.

 “Maybe some other day ,” said Sophie’s mom. “By the way we have to leave.”

“I don’t want to leave,” said Sophie.

“We have to. You don’t want to be late for gymnastics,” said Sophie’s mom.

“Ok fine,” said Sophie.

 Sophie stayed inside The Surf Shop and waited until everyone left.  Then Sophie heard a crash on the floor.

“What’s happening,” thought Sophie.

Then out of nowhere appeared the surfboard that Sophie loved.

“Hello,” said the surfboard.

"Aahhhhhhhh,” yelled Sophie. “Who...What…How!”

“I’m your favorite surfboard. Oh and I go by Rainbow-Peace Sign,” said Rainbow-Peace Sign.

“OK Rainbow-Peace Sign, you are a surfboard not a human. So how are you talking to me right now?” asked Sophie.

“It’s hard to explain. But let’s just say I saw you while you were walking by and I read your mind.  I knew you were going to hide from your mom in here.  Also, hiding from your mom is not the right thing to do,” said Rainbow-Peace Sign.

All of the sudden a bunch of people came running in, including Sophie’s mom, cops, fire-fighters, a nurse with a bed on wheels and a lot more people.

“Who’s hurt?” yelled the nurse.

“Nobody’s hurt,” replied Rainbow-Peace Sign.

"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh,” everyone yelled.

Sophie’s mom came running over to Sophie in tears. “Why would you stay in the store,” she asked.

“Because I love this store. There’s so many magical and cool things that happen here,” replied Sophie.

“Personally, I think Sophie is really cool,” said Rainbow-Peace Sign.

“Why are you alive and talking, you’re a surfboard,” said Sophie’s mom.

“I’m not an ordinary surfboard, I'm Sophie’s surfboard,” said Rainbow-Peace Sign.

Then like that, Rainbow-Peace Sign was gone back to the shelf. Ready to make another kid happy.
