The Bad News
By Alisha
Kaylah, and Brie and I were three girls
wandering upon the abandon railroad tracks. We could hear cries of help. But
just then a train came and swept us off of our feet. Then we somehow get on the
top of the train. We saw an opening on the top of the train and rushed to the
open part. Then we jumped inside.
Just last week we found out that Tenth Avenue North, a
Christian band, had died or had been missing.
When they got in the train they found out that there was no
driver, so that meant that the train had been set off by a pressure plate.
"But how?” asked Brie.
"By my calculations we must have stepped on one," I
said.
“I think I stepped on it," Kaylah said.
Well let’s see where
this train will take us. A little while later they arrived at some kind of
neighborhood. We knocked on the first door we saw.
(Knock)
No one
answered. How odd there is no one outside on a wonderful day. I don’t believe it for a second. So then we opened the door. We walked into a
room. Right there standing was Tenth Avenue North.
“Help,” they said.
They were
tied up in chains but luckily for us the key was right there. So we quickly
unlocked them.
“Who did
this?” we asked.
“THEM” they
said in fright.
We all
jumped up in fright. We ran far away, we ran to the streets.
"Who is that?" I asked.
"Kidnappers,
they are trying to kid nap us,” Tenth Avenue North said.
We ran and
ran until we got to the railroad tracks. We tried to find the pressor plate.
“I found it,”
said Brie.
The train came,
but this time it went the other way. (Not the way we came from). We went on the
top of the train, got in and then sat down on the old seats.
“Ok,” I said,
“We need to find out where this train takes us.’’
“Ok,” they
all said.
We all went
to look around the train.
“I found the
schedule!” I screamed.
They all
came running.
“It says
that it goes to Syracuse,” I said, “But the people that made it might have
changed it, to go to like a volcano or something, it is a trap.”
"True,”
said Brie. “Let’s see if it goes to Syracuse if not we’ll jump out of the train,
deal?”
“Deal”, we
all said.
……. 2 hours
later ……….5 hours later ……… long enough that the original narrator quit.(said
in a funny voice)
“Ok it looks
like we’re in Orchard Park in Buffalo,” said Alisha.
“How do you
know?” asked Brie.
“It’s the Buffalo
Bill’s Stadium right over there,” said Alisha. “They’re having a game right now.”
“Let’s go,”
said Tenth Avenue North.
